Der Fotograf (Jochen Rodenkirchen) engagiert sich seit fast 40 Jahren mit praktischer Arbeit, Stellungnahmen, Veröffentlichungen und Vorträgen im Naturschutz.

Mit der Verbreitung von Bildern aus seinem umfangreichen Archiv möchte er nicht nur das Interesse an der Natur fördern, sondern auch dazu anregen, sich aktiv für deren Erhalt einzusetzten.
